Takagi was founded in the Edo period in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture, the city of sword makers and craftsmen. The accumulated know-hows as a cutting tool wholesaler with a focus on carpentry tools met beautiful and functional design now. Five of carefully selected kitchen knives are available in two ways of finishing: “mirror” with metallic luster and “black” with modern matte texture.
